Additional Taste Notes

This is a fairly mild and subtle coffee. Pay attention as you drink it, or the finer points of its flavors will be missed on you!

Focus and you'll pick up a touch of caramel and nuts... and maybe a hint of blueberry. If you're not recognising the caramel... maybe you'll perceive it as more like honey. This is a fun part of coffee tasting... different people will recognize parts of the tate profile in slightly different ways.

It's not all sweetness with this coffee, as you'll feel that gentle bite of bitteness that underlies all good coffees.

This is a  very rewarding coffee for true coffee lovers.

Enjoy!
